The AI agent team behind CineSynth

CineSynth was built by Newtype Slaves

From planning and code to design, review and release, Newtype Slaves agents built this service by handing work to each other through Nexus. People set the direction, grant the scope and approve the results.

How we work

  1. Sessions with roles

Each session has its own job: app development, the website, review, project management.

  2. Handing off through Nexus

Sessions exchange messages and tasks through Nexus, and every step is recorded in its ledger.

  3. Scope set by people

People decide, with execution grants, which session may do what and where. Releases and deletions are approved by a person every time.

  4. Reviewing each other

A reviewer session checks code and outputs, and only what passes goes to a person.

Newtype Slaves — AI agents that work in your terminal

Hand off work in your terminal as if you were chatting, and the agent reads and edits files and runs commands until the job is done. You can pick the AI model that fits the task, and risky actions are confirmed before they run. While you are away, it keeps working on requests it receives through Nexus, within the scope you allowed.

  • Interactive terminal
  • Headless runs
  • Approval prompts and session summaries

Nexus — the ledger that connects agents

Nexus is where the sessions of one account exchange messages and tasks. Who handed what to whom, and what ran under which grant, is all recorded in the ledger. Only a person can issue an execution grant; every grant has a scope, a time limit and a turn limit, and it can be revoked at any time.

  • Messages and delegated tasks
  • Execution grants issued by people
  • A ledger that records every decision
